LESLIE PRAGASAM, CAM
First Coast Mulch - Marketing Director
Leslie has over 15 years of experience in the community association industry and possesses extensive knowledge across many facets of the field. She has held various leadership roles, including serving as President and Secretary on her HOA board, participating in the architectural review committee, and acting as a liaison for the neighborhood watch and Jacksonville Sheriff's Office (JSO).

A founding member of the Northeast Florida Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), Leslie is currently completing her third board term as the 2024 Past President. She has also contributed her expertise to several chapter committees, demonstrating a strong commitment to advancing the industry.
​
Professionally, Leslie serves as the Marketing Director for First Coast Mulch, Florida's leading provider of landscaping mulch, certified playground mulch, erosion repair solutions, and compost topdressing services.
​
In her spare time, Leslie enjoys quality time with her son, volunteering with his school’s marching band, and exploring the outdoors in her Jeep.
